Just got back from the park I got permission to hunt last week made a few passes around the softball fields and the picnic shelters and a small playground. Today I was using my DeLeon with the clean sweep coil so I could clean up all the shallow targets, and boy did I. There was no shortage of clad coins if every hunt there is like today I will fill my bucket quick. Here's the count

22 Quarters
10 Dimes
2 Nickels
33 Penny's

total = 7.93

That's a lot of coins. :cheers:

If they lost that many coins, there has to be some nice jewelry lost as well.

It looks like you found a honey hole that hasn't been detected for awhile.

that would be a record for me , thats alot of quarters. I wish i could get my outlaw to the soccer field

I do good around them kind of fields also. I put my clad and pennies in a big jug. At the end of the year I put them in a rock tumbler to clean them .. Most of the time it adds up more than my detector cost me... KEN

That's a pretty good idea. I have a Thumler's Tumbler.... probably would do a good job with the stainless steel media. I'll have to test it to see what happens.

Separate your pennies from your clad and nickels. The pennies will change the color of your clad.. I just use a little dish soap and water in my tumbler. Most coins I leave in for about 2 hours. Sometimes I will check to see them, how are they doing. Change water and soap. ...KEN

I just put mine in that coin machine at the bank. :) I took my Deleon out to the park today too. Just didn't do as well as you did. 2 dimes 10 pennies and a nickel. Man I really like my Deleon.

How much does that clean sweep coil weigh compared to the stock coil?
