Civil war treasure

Every one I work with knows how I am about metal detecting, the civil war etc. and one of these morons told me yesterday that he saw a show on A&E, the Discovery channel or the history channel about a guy somewhere that is searching for a civil war treasure. He is supposed to have found several clues with his metal detector, bayonets, rifles, swords etc. all pointing in the same direction. This guy has been looking for this treasure for 15 years or so. My question is: has anyone else seen this, if so what channel was it on or what was the name of the show. I would like to see if I can find it comeing on sometime. Thanks...d2
 
I found the book on amazon. Is this a fictional story or is it true? And thaks for the reply...Tim (d2)
