If you do a lot of Civil War and historical research, you need ExpertGPS on your computer. I have all the camps, battle sites, roads, etc. layout for my search areas. Given enough time, you can plot most of the troop movements throughout an entire area. You can also upload all of your waypoints from your GPS unit and keep track of all of your finds, etc. You can find information on ExpertGPS at www.expertgps.com
