Cibola sensitivity?

What would be the suggested sensitivity setting on a Cibola for relics that are not much deeper than 6"? I had mine set on 9, and wonder if that could be too high. It was acting a little weird. This was the first time I had it out. My Silver performs well on 9. Thanks...

It depends. I can run mine into the max boost in some areas and only 6-7 in others. Just put it as high as you can without it acting goofy!!! You'll soon appreciate how deep this thing will go.

Thanks, Greg. I am very good with the Silver, and just getting used to Cibola. Cibola worked better sweeping higher off the ground than skimming, so I wondered, after returning home, that maybe I had sensitivity a little too high. Our soil around here isn't too mineralized(mid-atlantic region). I'll experiment a little more next time I take it out. Good luck hunting!
