You got to love getting off work at noon!! It don't happen to often so I took advantage of it. My friend and I drove back to the camp site and hunted for a good while. The take for the day was 8 French buttons ,a nice Crucifix(not sure how old) ,three coins ,25 dropped musket balls and other odds and ends. Man ,I had fun but the time flew by. I am gonna hit a couple of fields tomarrow and try again. Thanks for looking and HH.

I've been following the Tesoro forum for a while because I need a new machine for relic hunting in heavy trash.

Posts like yours are good reinforcement for my decision to get a Tesoro. I'm set on the Vaquero, which from what I've researched, is a Cibola but with manual ground balance.

Great finds. Get more!

I think the Vaquero will do great for you.:beers:I love my cibola. It is really good for those long hunts! Only 2.2 pounds.Good luck and HH.
