Well, for those still interested in what can be found, here's a note Tom e-mailed me last night while I talked with Chris.
They came across a fellow named 'Ken' who saw them detecting. They talked a bit and invited him to join them in some detecting. They hunted a park and then Chris said he was going to ask permission to hunt a private yard across the street. Ken was impressed that they invited him to join them as well. Not much but a few Indian Heads and some other change, but they had a good time.
This is a shorter trip and they will be in NH this weekend with Bob on Saturday, and today thru Friday will be in MA and BT, so give them a call. They fly back home on Monday morning.

First dig in the first park after he arrived was an 1861 Quarter.
Now, if these two can travel around since the 9th, doing laundry and car repairs as they go, and strangers to the area, think what a 'local' could find if they just got out and hunted??!!??
Monte
Hey, I'd post a 'challenge' on the DFX forum, but I know the IDX Pro and XLT and XL Pro are better detectors, so ..... I'll just ask ANY White's user to call these guys and go hunting.
