Waterbug

Hi aussie digger hows bris treating you i am up here on the sunshine coast buderim ,not a lot happening up this way , too many detectorists and not enough loot ,keep in touch what kind of machine do you use.terry

Thanks all for the welcome.
I'm about ready to go out and buy all the gear for water detecting. More lakes than ocean for me though.
At the moment I have a very cheap $100 made in china detector but it has found over $500 in coin, 1 gold/diamond chip ring and 1 small silver ring amongst various other bits and pieces.
The gold ring was 3 inches in wet sand on the river bank after the tide had gone out. And the silver ring in a playground.

So I totally have the detecting bug and am really looking forward to getting out there and finding more loot.

Cheers :detecting:

Looking forward to hearing some tall tales and seein' some loot from down-under! You aren't by chance a nugget hunter, are you? You live in Paradise! I shall visit only in my dreams most likely, so your posts and those of other Aussie Nationals will be the my only link to your beautiful paradise.

Welcome aboard!
