since i live in an area that has a very rich history i was always interested in archaeology, and i've often been lucky to accidentaly find old coins and stuff. i wanted to buy a detector for a couple of years and finally i did and i started the hobby to see what could be found underground.
i recently bought a used garrett euroace and in the couple of weeks that i'm metaldetecting around my house there's been quite a few nice old relics and coins(mostly venetian) and i hope there's many more to come.
there's a whole bunch of very old abandoned villages, forts, churches, mines and stuff around my town so there will be no problem finding nice md-ing spots.
cheers everyone and happy hunting!
