Call Wanda @ Kellyco 1-800-898-6673. She's the best and uses the Excal herself. Kellyco is top shelf,in my book, in cutomer service and warrenty repair work. You may save a few bucks somewhere else, but you'l never beat their service..Larry (The Palm Bay Pirate)
