Cheap, Lite & Functional MD Stand

Here is a cheap, lite and functional bipod that I think would make a good MD stand that I am considering getting for use in the field. It is also synthetic. What do you think ?

Couldn't figure out how tall the stand was.? Or how fragile?

I've got one. 9 1/2" long. Built pretty well. I never thought about using it on a detector though. I just tried it on my BH and my Baron. It's designed for the smaller diameter of a gun barrel. It won't hold very well on a detector shaft. You might be able to enlarge the upper clamp part a bit though.

Thanks for the reply....9 1/2" may be a little longer than I was looking for.
