Chasing events

They had a week long concert in one of the parks around here and I have been trying to get in, but have been turned away as they say it is a construction zone until they get all of the stages down. I went around the area in the park and found bling rings, bling earings and change. Can't wait till they let us in.
Anyone else chase events like this ?

Well, I'm small-town USA but we always have a free concert in the park series during the summer and I love cleaning up afterwards!
Lots of clad of course and the occasional bling. Just tidying up!

I would go to events afterwards for coin shooting, it was fun. My friend who enjoyed it too has passed so I don’t do it anymore.
The ones that were good for silver rings were flee markets grass areas. Look for little stickers on the ground. That was where they sold jewelry items.

My town has several events in the old city park and there are a couple guys I swear are out there at 3am afterwards. As much as these guys hit this park it was amazing I found the IH pennies and that old Merc.

Ha ha they probably don’t dig deep. They are true coin shooters and many use a screw driver to pop out coins.

Must have been half the people in town and surrounding areas out there with their metal detectors, but we all enjoyed looking for what we found. Met some great people out there, but the people I know did not find anything but a few silvers and bling along with some change.
