Chased a couple of buffalo out of the wheat field.:garrett:

Hit an old park this morning, again, and decided to work on nickels and deeper targets in the cent/dime range and up. Had a good dew for the first couple of hours so gridded and worked slow. The end result, besides a bit of clad and Memorials, was 6 wheats, 2 buffalo nickels and a 7" deep Mercury dime. The Buffs are 37 and 38d. The Merc is a 36. The 2 oldest wheats are 1919 and 1936. Balance, 40's & 50's. Everybody hunt good this weekend. Had on the 11" coil and in Pro Zero, 0 disc and sen maxed. HH jim tn

Congrats on the very good hunts! I love seeing the Silver! I also enjoy the Buffalo!! They seem to be hard to come by in these parts, Beale.

Jim you knocked it out of the park again. Finding those buffalo nickels is no small feat. That doesn't happen very often. That's a nice looking merc as well.

You're hitting it hard, Jim! I pity the poor guys that follow behind you. :nopity:

That would be me quite often following behind self. LOL I must admit, however, the A T Pro has made a believer out of me. It is a killer in trash. I dug a Merc. yesterday and 5 wheats out of a truly pounded trash laden site and 2 more wheats today from another small pounded park. Yesterday, almost all the coins were co-located with small iron, tab tails or rust spots from something rusted out. Pretty amazing detector in my book. Thanks all, and dig some goodies. HH jim tn

Hmmm..one of these days I'll get mine on the dirt for a spin..If you found that stuff after following YOURSELF...well, a fellow just cant dismiss results like that.
