Charles Garrett Had Always Been Such A Very Generous Person, And His Son Continues That Today!

Many years ago, when Charles Garrett and I used to write letters back and forth, Charles was always known as a very generous person. He was known as "THE" guy to call for any club events or planned relic hunts. Donate some detectors? No problem! Donate some diggers, goodies bags, manual pin-pointers, magnifying glasses and much much more....again no problem.

This same philosophy continues today! Go to any sponsored event, and Garrett will always be there, with give-aways. His son, Vaughan Garrett who is now Senior Vice President,is also, like his dad, a very generous man. He continues to give back to the community. Garrett has been running a "BEST" Finds Of The Month contest for many years, also giving away great monthly prizes.

Garrett just sponsored their own, 3rd annual Charles Garrett Memorial Hunt III in East Texas! Below is a video of some of the great prizes and people who work at Garrett Metal Detectors.

A few years ago I sent an old Garrett detector in for repair and they could not fix it due to lack of spare parts.
I had bought this as a used detector and used it as a back up and loaner for years.
They offered me the full retail price of the broken detector toward a new Garrett detector of my choice.
Now that is generosity above and beyond expected customer service.
They know how to keep their users loyal.

John, you are so lucky ... Canada has $1 and $2 coins in circulation ... best we have down here are quarters.
I must make 8 finds to equal one of your common coin finds.
