Charging the NiMH Excal battery

When charging this battery pod, is it ok to leave it on charge overnight, or is their a certain limit you have to follow?

Hi Strobe: I always leave it on overnite before I hunt the next day. Did not do that once, and it died about 4 hours into the hunt...BUMMER.. You may want to get an amp meter, and see where your charge is. That is one of the few things I question about the Excal. How much would it cost the MFG to have a lite telling you that the battery is fluuy charged? All my power tools have one, and I paid a bit more for the Excal than I did for some of the tools. Let her cook, no worries mate! If I am even the slightest bit interested in hunting the next day, it goes on charge and stays on charge, till it gets loaded into the truck, savvy?
