Anyone know with the AA battery charger if you can charge all three parts of the deus with one battery. Or maybe the coil and the remote headphone control on one battery..do they make a unit that you can plug into and charge all at the same time..The way it comes it has a small jack that fits into the cylinder and then plugs into one part...This is of course when you are out hunting with no other way to charge the unit..

Got thinking that maybe it would be too much for one battery... but maybe Andy has some ideas on it!!

The charger uses a USB plug which allows you plug in the 3-way cable that you use on the wall charger - it will charge all three components although it will drain the battery. If you find one that takes 2 AA batteries, it works much better

Doesn't have to have the pin jack to plug into the battery charger if you want to charge all three from a battery

I always carry a Battery Bank with me,they roughly cost i guess about $20 and on a full charge last for months and has 2 USB outlet but for use on the Deus use the lower powered output USB port. You can charge all 3 Deus items up at the same time and it will keep comeing back for more, its stores a fair amount of power and is also light to carry with you.

The Barttery Bank is a sealed rechargable battery pack is charged from either a mains charger and i also charge mine from my laptop and car charger as well, provides the same voltage as the XP Deus charger but so much more versatile,a lot of folks in the UK carry them when they go detecting and if they find the battery power is dropping down you just top it up from the Battery Bank.

One of the best accessories you can buy for the Deus user and you can also charge your mobile phone up as well

The way I understand it is that the single AA battery charger thingy (looks like a small cylinder that holds one AA battery) is to mainly charge your COIL with as the coil dies sooner before the control unit or headset does.
SO you could charge the coil back up with it on one AA battery and then top off the control unit or headset with whatever juice is left.
OR carry 2 AA batteries and then all can be charged back to full strength one at a time. One battery to do the coil and the other to do the headset and control unit and still have some juice leftover.

Yes that is it wish you could charge more then one part at a time

Is the voltage okay on the pack to charge the three units? IE.. is the voltage delivered by the pack too high or too low? Would it damage the units if the voltage is 'incorrect'? I do have the Deus one ( I like the size and extreme portability of it... plus the flashlight aspect).

But having the ability to do all three , say when you are taking a lunch break, for example), would be a great bonus

Just carry a few AA's or a pack of them. Heck, they are relatively cheap to have on hand for an emergency for sure. Or like one poster showed a versatile battery pack charger............that is another great idea!

Thanks.
