Yep, each cell is 1.2 volts and 10.7 is slightly over capacity which is normal after charging and will drop to 9.6 and stay in that area until towards the end of it's discharge cycle and it will slowly drop to 8 volts or less before needing charging again.
Don't know what a DXT is but imagine a typo and the standard pack may read a little higher than you say but your readings are about average...I recommend using the slow charge overnight as seem to last longer than the fast charge and your charger should have a switch on it to do either way...
