Changing the Battery..

Hello..

I'm a New Member...I'm just getting back into MD..After years without a MD..

I just picked up a used Tesoro Bandido II Umax..After I read a lot of great things about it..I was wondering though..Since I can't find it in the manual..

Do I have to retune all my settings everytime I change the battery...This may be a dumb question..I figured i would ask anyway..I searched around and came up with nothing...

Tesoro's website is down at the moment but when it comes back up you can go to it at http://www.tesoro.com/ and download the manual for your Tesoro Bandido II

Short answer is yes....You have to retune your settings every time you turn the power on. Your disc won't change unless you bump the control but that's something you will wish to check every time you use your detector.
