Changes to the forum

Made a few changes to this forum, and the Fisher school forum we had.

I made this a forum for F series detectors, and I changed the Fisher school forum to the "Fisher Classic Forum". We'll leave that one for all the older non F Series detectors.

I was just trying to organize the post all going in their respective forum.
