CF77 Makro

NiagracountyNY

New member
My new cf77 arrived last night. There was a price drop this week and i couldnt pass it up.I alrdy have the notka fors cor ,a sister company of makro.I really like the fors .Just wasnt getting the depth i need for my deep sites.10 inches plus. Ive been using minelabs for years.I still have the E-Trac and my CTX 3030.Lovem both. But i wasnt getting the iron seperation i needed with the ctx in that heavy heavy iron on some cellar holes so i grabed the fors cor for the speed(did the trick!). I also was not getting the depth i wanted from any of my machines.I almost went with the blisstool v.5 beast.I feel im getting similar,if not the same depth with the cf77 .I am picking up a dime at 11 inches in my test bed loud and clear..I can pull the coil 3 inches off the ground and still hit it(11 inch coil). I cant get that dime with my other machines.I was finding tiny items at 8 and 9 inches today.A dime sized piece of super thin foil at 8 inches.Like the fors core its hitting those tiny thin items hard.If you are looking for a good deal on a super deep sensitive machine these units are well build and work really well.(not china made)I have my arsenal complete now with the edition of this DeepSeeker. CTX 3030/Nokta fors core/Makro cf77 (and a few others my wife would love to sell). Happy Digs everyone.

Ive added a few videos using the CF77 on youtube. My video editing skills are basic to say the least.I could use a better camera as well. 4 videos starting with this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X8oKGwxJ7Ng&list=UUdYWV7eq_4vB3y_JZm2zBnQ and part 2 showing some response speed and a few digs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=54n6aAAemSc&list=UUdYWV7eq_4vB3y_JZm2zBnQ

how deep will the nokta get a dime ,what are the major differences between it and the makro? thanks

I could not get a 10 inch dime with the Nokta..I feel the depth is identical to my ctx3030..Now the cf77 i get a dime at 11 inches np...and i can pull the coil off the ground and inch or 3 and still get it.Its the deepest detector ive ever used. The 9 inch cf77 coil will go as deep as the 11 inch nokta.I like both machine, but the cf77 has a depth advantage for sure. The response speed is almost identical between the machines.

I take back what I said about the Nokta.....The 1st time i tested i was in my yard surounded my power lines. It wasnt a fair test.I did my 2nd test which the video is linked above,at a place clear of wires..I was able to run the sens on max without any problems.I can get a 10 inch dime now..im betting an 11 or 12 inch is possible. And if i put the large coil on..well you know.

2 years on the warranty. The price right now brand new for the pro pack with everything is $850.00... $550.00 if u just want the detector and the 11 inch coil. I believe they sponsor here so i can put the link.If im wrong im sorry and plz remove . http://www.metaldetector.com/makro-coin-finder

I will be posting video's using the cf77 in the near future. Its that time of year almost..The farmers will be clearing the fields. And for relic /field hunting this unit will be a beast. If you want to find it all..CF77.

Here's a link to his channel if that's what you needed oneton. https://www.youtube.com/user/NiagracountyNY/videos It has a bunch of the CF77 videos in there. ;)

The videos I have seen and im sure ya'll have to the cf77 runs to noisie clicks pops to much. Show me new videos where it runs smooth like the sellers says it runs????????? my eyes and ears do not lie.

Thanks this helped a lot. I can hear the different tones good but man did he dig some trash with the cf77 or what. I guess the 77 is not a cherry picker.

I grew out of cherry picking after my first season in the hobby..... that's when i started finding gold rings and jewelry. Also, my best ww2 relic sounded off like a twist off cap and was actually a nickel plated brass trench/battle ring from the battle of Monte Cassino, Italy.

Dig it all if you want the best finds.
