Figured I'd wait for all the big hitters (Derrell) to get their stories out before I posted (Lol).
Found some cellar holes Sunday and had a few minutes to sample one.
!891 Liberty nickle
2 flat buttons
2 ornate brass sleigh bells

No great shakes but enough to get me back to try more. Bruce in Ct
 
Even if the Coins turn out to be sparse, I would be going back just because you know that everything that you find there will be very old and worth all the effort put into hunting it. Hope you find more goodies on your next trip to that cellar hole. Good Luck and HH to you.:thumbup:
