Carved bullets today

I got out today for a while. I found a carved Prussian & another one that was carved into a rivet. I also found a .577" Sharps rifle bullet. Thanks for looking. HH

I was told it was a chess piece but it looks a little suspicious. :detecting:

Nice going yet again Big T. I'm waiting for you to post a US buckle carved out of lead. That carved bullet do look a little suspicious.:thumbup:

Yes it does buddy. :bouncy:

I'll go with It as a chess piece.

I'm with yo EJ. I'd say it's a chess piece. Though I'm not a chess player it sure does look familiar.

Way to go Digger! Thanks for sharing.

I've found a dozen or so just like these similar to "pawns" on the chess board.

Cool I've found a bunch of carved .69" bullets relatively speaking at this spot. It's a 5th corps spot. They had the most .69" rifled guns at Gettysburg. They also had some sharps rifles. The PA Buck tails had them. I'm finding that also. The rare sharps buddy. .577" ones.

They were carving Prussians. I've found some not whittled on but I've found as many carved on also. It's a pretty good spot friend.

My buddy found found a US base really close to there. It was on the same line.
