So yesterday afternoon I take a trip to the beach and decided to hunt the beach across from the new Hilton and I'm not even hitting pennies (someone beat me to it). I spent an hour in the surf but couldn't hold my position due to heavy surf conditions and finally gave up.
On my way back to the truck, again not finding even pull tabs' I suddenly get a signal to dig and at first, thought I had uncovered part of an aluminum can, but turned out to be this watch.
I did some online research and come to find out it's a Cartier 100 year anniversary edition valued at $5800, all the right markings and such, but it was not to be, it's as fake as Pamela Andersons..........smile.
I also found this lil thing commenly called a wish pearl. An inexpensive gift given to brides maids, no 925 markings so the bride must have been broke. Kinda disappointing but the eye candy was nice.
