Career Best Day of Mixed Finds

Hi All!

Haven't posted lately as I haven't been out hunting much at all- but it's TH season now and it started with a bang!

I got to hunt the house of a friend I used to work with, an old vic dating back to the mid 1800's. Here's my personal best day's totals-

1847 Large Cent
1860, 1862, 1863 C/N Fatty Indians, 1865(2), 1905(2), 1906, 1908(2) Indians
1864, 1865(2), 1866 2 Cent pieces
1907, 1908, 1911 Barber Dimes
1918, 1937-D, 1943-D Mercs
1913 Barber Quarter
1846 2-Centimes, and 2 other foreign coins

That's an awesome day...what I wouldn't give to find another site like that. They're out there but getting harder and harder to come by, at least around here. Nice haul!

There must have been quite a bit of activity going on around the house for there to be four 2-cent pieces. It must of had a big yard also. WTG with the Fatty Indians and all the other great finds. Good Luck and HH.

All in a day - Spectacular. Really impressive coin finds. That's the way to build your collection. I imagine you missed some nice nickels.
