This took about an hour to put together, once I had the parts. To drill holes for cuff, I taped a dowel to fit in end, masked the outside with tape an clamped cuff to tube to mark drill centers. Then used a dremel to pilot hole and 1/4 bit an drill, with a drop of oil to finish up. Also I found clamping the tube using the gt box mount held it steady and didnt roll on me.
As it sits weighs in at 1lb 7.5ozs, its not the lightest but I like the ml cuff and grip.
I scored the 30" .70x.88 tube from ebay for 34.50 bought the tall mans and whites universal loop kit from kco $24 and plugger shaftlock $11
$70 bucks all told
Well I didnt drill holes yet for lower rod snap pin, was hoping the shaftlock, would be strong enough, but looks like I need a better shaftlock
