Carbon Fiber bottle scoop

Back in the workshop, msa bottle is toooo heavy to use as a scoop, nice try, if it did not have the aluminum liner in it it may work. So now im building 3 new scoops for Robrcer, Jaywxman and myself, aluminum, medium size, just drilled 86 1/2 inch holes, next to form it into a circle and then weld it. Im even gonna try to build my own roller tool, looks simple.

the Travis Scoop cuts into the sand like butter......although it is stainless steel.....might work with aluminum. The corners are bent and only the top and back side are welded. Aluminum in this scoop would be a lot lighter!

I do like that scoop, I like it alot, I just need to figure it out and see if I can make the bends right to form it up. Looking for construction paper now. Wesbeach has one. Thanks for the photos

Might be easier and stronger to weld each piece rather than bending!!!

Dont worry little brother, I got a scoop just for you, A soup can and im gonna put a little handel on it, it will look good with that new xcal on your long long tourist beach down there in NC. I cant have you scooping up all them treasures
