Cape Cod beaches in winter??

I've got the bug now that we had a few open days of hunting in Western, MA. Now it's snow again. Can anyone tell me if the Cape Cod beaches are hunt-able in the winter? I have no Idea I've only been to the cape in the summer. Thank You ahead of time. -TBM
 
providing you can handle the raw wind blowing in off the water. Of course, stay off the National Sea Shore, it's Federal park land & off limits.
