Or maybe it's the ground I can't find. What a mess! And I was wanting to go detecting this weekend. Maybe nest week.

Looks like Larry should have used the garage last night.
Sorry for the poor pictures. My camera must not like the snow either!
HH to all and thanks for looking, Nancy

Just kidding i didn't think you had that much snow there still it has been 40s and 50s for a couple weeks here.Last night let dogs out and it had to be 60s out. But back to hi 50s today. But iam still going to try and detect.

Now that does not look good. No snow here just a little rain and colder than a well digger's behind. Stay warm Nancy. HH Dennis in Idaho

Our snow did not stick, and the sun is out........looks like maybe 60 degrees today...........:clapping:

We got this all during the night Fred. Last night it was raining and I was cooking out on the Weber. Today is a different story. :sadwalk: Looks like we won't be going out for a while. I've still not had the MXT out this year. I was hoping to get it out this weekend since I've been feeling better and now we have this stuff. One thing for sure, it's going to make the ground wet and those coins will be singing out to us when we go. :clapping: Dennis, I've never seen a "well digger's behind" And you know that I'm expecting to see some finds Bob since you've got all the warm weather! You all have fun and thanks for all the replies. HH to all (with warm weather), Nancy

That white stuff reminds me of our area in the flooded Red River valley of the North .

Oh wow and I thought my weekend was bad! We just had a little rain and sleet. Looking at the pictures, you must be going to invite all the MXT users to your house for a cookout this spring. I believe you have enough grills to do so lol.

GRILL. Did someone say GRILL? Oh, you haven't seen them all! I even had one on the boat and made many many meals for friends, unknown fisherman and fellow boaters. YES, I love to cook outside. One is on our camper and also a charcoal grill if needed. I've got the right equipment for the right job! What a great idea.......Spring cookout! Please bring your MXT and a side dish and leave the rest to me.

HH to all, Nancy

Nancy, I feel for you we have had a little of everything here, 60's one day 25 the next. The other day I went out and was hunting a lot at 8am by 9am it was a blizzard. Yet last night I grilled on the bbq.P.S. I just looked out the window & it is snowing again.

Soft digging under the snow. tough to swing the coil though. It got up near 70 degrees here today. Don't worry Nancy, the warm weathers coming your way soon.:wiggle:

Don't worry about me. It'll be nice soon and I'll have my tuned up, polished, ready to go MXT running around the yards here. I've got permission to hunt a lot of private yards here in town and Larry wouldn't DARE go there without me. He might get a flat tire or two......lol.  Hope you all can get out again soon also. Thanks for all the kind words and HH to all, Nancy

LOL mabe if you buy a metal detector you will find your MXT. Wow nice pics. It never snows where I live. I'd love to see it like that.

Cheers Dicko..

Heck! just fire up all those barbecues, and in an hour or so all that snow in your yard will be melted:rofl:At least then you would have one yard to hunt.HA HA
Or if your real desperate you can do what i do,you can walk around the inside of the house and locate all the nails in your floor.:surprised:

The picture doesn't show my 5 burner gas grill. I could really thaw the ground with that one.:hot: Let's see.......2,593 nails in the kitchen, 99, 98, 97, beers on the wall.....wait... that's nails. :rage: Oh heck, I'll wait till it thaws. HH to all that can, Nancy

The snow pictures are really pretty. I also have tried to imagine what snow would look like on the Palm tress and the beaches here in Hawaii. But that's all I can do. If it gets down to 60 or 62 degrees here in Hawaii we start putting on sweat pants and sweat shirts.

We even have to cut off the air conditioners. If it ever gets into the 50's (never heard of that much) the Governor cancels schools and closes all the state offices.

Most of the people in Hawaii just don't have the clothing for that kind of weather. We are normally in the mid 70's to lower 80' s in the winter time. In the summer we get near 90 but we have the trade winds blowing so you really don't fill to hot. Your weather is only a "VISION" to me.

You enjoy the snow and I'll sit under the Palm tree and enjoy the "VISION".

HH.

Aloha to both of you.

BOB

Thanks Bob,
The snow melted within two days and we've got temps in the 60's with flowers in bloom. I'll have to tell the staff at the school about your "cold weather" days off. They'll get a kick out of it. Yes, sit back and enjoy that "Vision". HH to all, Nancy P.S. We do have a palm tree in the gazebo. Guess I should have taken pictures of that when we had the snow.
