With three and a half hours of sleep after the night shift I headed out for a dig solo as Navy Davy was tied up domestically. Felt like an extra in the series "The Walking Dead." Not a very nice day with black clouds covering the sky but had to get my fix. Hit a local school and popped a few coins. A cold wind came up. Popped a ring. Started to rain. Popped a dinkie.

Then the hail came. A man arrived with his dog which looked like a used scouring pad with a yap that just would not stop. The dog did the dew and the man just ignored it. Felt like using my next find on him...a gun pendent! Not the dogs fault but to leave the dew on a field where the kids play....mister man! Left before I said something to him.

I was seeing red. Then saw this at the library where I picked up season one of "Lost." ND recommended the series....oh joy!

Trippy!

And I thought I was the only fool out detecting in NS yesterday (new install of DD coil must hunt) . On days when the weather is like that the only ones you see are the dog walkers and sad to say that when no one is watching a lot of times they will not pick up after there pet. I encountered some poop on my hunt too. There are people that don't pick up after there dogs and detector-est who do not fill there holes both give me the same bad feeling.
True character is doing the right thing when no one is watching. The quick exit of the man speaks volumes.
As you sow, so shall you reap is law that will some day put someones foot in a pile or in a hole and some how Justice will prevail.
I always enjoy reading your posts Leslie so thanks for taking the time.
Keep warm!

Minas man
