:canadaflag: Silver Sabre Finds 18K GOLD!!!

I am still working an elementary school field in which sees a lot of soccer played in the evenings during the school period. This afternoon I went and as soon as I started where I left off, my detector gave this strong signal, as I knelt down with my pin-pointer to find the exact location I saw this yellow gold colour staring at me and thought could it be bling bling!!!, I then made a cut in the ground about 2inches away and pulled up the dirt and out came this piece that was already bent and run over by the lawnmower there were no markings on it and then thought well I think its just costume jewelry...I then proceeded to start swinging again when I was only 6 inches away and received another strong signal, I then proceeded same as before and pulled up a larger piece of yellow gold that had the same design as the first piece, but this piece was marked 18K!!!...The pic of the U.S. quarter next to the gold pieces is for size reference as I didn't find the U.S. quarter...My sens was at 8 and my disc was at 1.5...I was curious and laid one of the pieces of gold on the grass and turned up the disc until there was no more tone - 5.5 was a solid tone both sways and 6 no more tone...So I found $3.02 in clad, a game token, led or silver bullet and 15.1grams in 18K yellow gold...

Thx., Hotdawg

Another Canadian discovers Tesoro are the sleeper machine for Canada.
Nice finds.

That's just awesome! That's over $500 dollars in gold!

Running minimum discrimination or very low discrimination on Tesoro ED-120 detectors turns them into gold magnets.
