From the land of the Bluenose.....it was a bloody, bleeding and bleak day at the pitch as the heavens had opened up.

Bluenose United was in danger of being moved out of the Premier Quota League. The field was a quagmire that could easily have floated the Queen's Diamond Jubilee flotilla.
The coin toss was done and the token dug up on the sideline at center indicating that Bluenose United was to have possession when the whistle was blown.

Freedom 3 Plus started at midfield with limited advancement made towards quota. Once the game swung towards the sideline and the corner kick area Freedom popped a few and then a few more before being carried off the pitch in the 37th minute with battery failure. AT Pro was substituted in and the impact on the game was immediately felt as a spill was uncovered in the box netting 6 coins.

The defense tightened up and the game moved towards the far side of the field where no headway could be made as the defense had thrown up a wall of trash.

Then a bold move to the top of the penalty box unearthed the defenders and Silver was taken out hard.

As on cue the heavens opened up with even more vigor......the red card came up and Bluenose United was thwarted....short of quota. With head hung low....no not from all the rain in my hair ....the field of play was abandoned as the Bluenoser hobbled home on his one good knee.
