From the land of the Bluenose.....recieved an early Xmas present today....was able to get out and dig and be one with the tundra. Started the day with a walk along the coast where the Humbolt sank in the 1800s which produced a few coins and a few more that not even with my 250 pounder behind it , could I get the lesche to drive home. Well have those spots bookmarked in my memory.....for now! Anyway here is a few shots of the area.

Water looked a tad on the crispy side me son.

From there it was off to Tim's to warm up. Even though no snow I was triple bagged in clothing still feeling the chill of the nor'wester. Lord love a duck! Large with double milk. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure that one out but I got an instant sugar rush from what must have been a double double. Tis the season to be jolly and think only happy thoughts so I let it slide and hit the next Timmy's where they got it right. rather donate my hard earned money to the Salvation Army!

Hit the playing field area where I have been watching the sea dwelling mutants and dug away in any area that was not frozen. I fear Capt. Ahab the end is near for this year!

So I did the dew on the slope away from the wind and hit a 1961 silver dime , an old buckle and the rest of the usual suspects found in a quota.
