A neuron flashed for a nano second deep within the vast vortex of his cerebral cortex. This initiated the primal urge of "Marlow's Hierarchy of Needs".....water, food and a detector. Self actualization was beyond his mental capacity. Something was a miss! A longing or a revelation but no hallelujah to the call unfulfilled.

Instinctive behaviour. Shower, dress eat.....grab the detector. More neurons charged with most failing before becoming a rational cognative thought. Those that did reach their objective triggered a source of remorse in his limited grey matter. Indignation. A failed quota was recalled through the fog of life.

Cromagnon Detectorist Erectus had failed to achieve. Negative pyschogenic thoughts. Pride and equilibrium and to be restored. The flat lands where Rugratus Maximus roamed. A measure of time. Quota! Redemption.

Return to the man cave that soon produced a flat square of glowing light with men standing upright swinging clubs at a small round object. A fleeting thought escaped the Cromagnon Detectorist Erectus's cranium......the men did not have a woman by the hair dragging them back to their caves!
