:canadaflag:Neptune's offerings to the Seahunter

From the land of the Bluenose.....another "brilliant' day with rain coming Monday. As the Hunny Bunny was out with one or two of her sisters so I went a swishing.

There is one beach in particular I like to do very early...and today reminded me why as I overstayed my welcome. Birch Cove is a fairly heavily used swimming area but the patrons mostly come from the public housing areas in Dartmouth. This swish today included a first for me...a very sad and potentially dangerous first. A rock was thrown and bounced off the right headphone of my Seahunter! Thank God it didn't hit me in the face. I informed the life guard who retorted that there had been complaints of this for the past 4 days here....................some one is going to get hurt. After this incident I moved to another lake and peacefully finished my swish.

On a dog tag roll as again I swished up a dog tag identical to the one I netted yesterday with the only difference being the serial number. Cooled off and still have some brewshies in the fridge that I'll polish off while I do the domestics. Have a great day all!

Glad to hear you were not seriously hurt by these jerks. I thought when some kids hit me in the back with fresh water mussels and threw some past my head I had it rough, but this is uncalled for. It's a good thing they didn't have a gun. I went to the river and hunted against the wall and only found 6 cents and a lot of trash and I hear a lot of derogatory remarks when I'm in the water , but pay no mind to their remarks. HH.

That could have been bad if it had hit you on the head or face.
Idiots like that should be caught and like you mentioed in another post
held under the water for a eye opening discovery.

That behavior is dangerous and unacceptable. People are idiots.

Good looking loot!! I've got a SeaHunter question for you. I bought a used SH a few years ago, I've only used it a couple of times because I could barely hear it, more so in Discrete Trash Elim mode. Is that normal? Do the 2 modes seem to have different volumes? I'm thinking I need to send this old beast into the Garret Hospital to have it checked out but I thought I'd ask you about the sound thing as I've seen you post a lot of SH finds on here and you seem to know your way around it.
