:canadaflag:infussion toe the "whatever fund"

Mother Nature gave me a kind opening of a few hours. With March break on for the schools hit a local one. Wind was rather intense, field a mixture of wetness and bog. Gum rubbers came in handy but were not insulated and a tad on the cold side. Think I lost my marbles.....then found one!

Didn't achieve quota but in a game of golf 14 under would be a good score. $9.08 added to the "whatever fund" and a baby spoon.....last thing a guy my age would need! Think I'll stick to my freedom 3 plus.

Nice finds, Leslie and I would settle for that anytime and haven't found a marble in quite some time. I went detecting Saturday, but had to give it up due to my back, but found a dog tag and 12 cents. Had to dig a grave for my older dog that was with me for fifteen years Wednesday and it just added to my back pain and probably won't be able to detect for 2-3 weeks unless I could get in the water an hour or two. Bet the mud was cold without insulated boots and glad you were able to keep the freedom 3 swinging. HH

He has a sister and he will be missed. My precious 87 year old Mama wanted to dig the grave for me since my back is in such bad shape and I would not let her do anything physical. Mama's have lots of love and so do God's little creatures and that's why we love them so much. I helped her outside to say goodbye after I had dug the grave and filled it in and she could barely walk with her walking stick. Still trying to take care of her baby son at her age and I'm blessed by God to still have Mama.
