It would be nice to be not totally politically correct 100% of the time but to be a good Samaritan all of the time without reserve. Gods servants are stymied by his own imagine...that of modern men!

Amen to that.
Really good idea to emulate Jesus. In fact that is scriptural. At 1Peter 2:21we are told that Christ left us a model for us to follow his steps closely. We do well to ask ourselves how are we doing in this regard.
When following in a persons footsteps they have a specific stride and gait that we have to strain to get into.
Maybe we have to stretch a little to get into it.
So when imitating Christ's example do we think as much as possible like Jesus? Jesus while on earth emphasized Gods Kingdom. In fact when one of his apostles used violence to attempt to protect Jesus what did Jesus do? Hey told Peter to put his sword away. He did not go against the authorities and make waves to protect himself even though he was being unjustly treated. He decided to wait until God set matters straight.

Hi Leslie.....to live as Christ lives is a very good thing and what we all should do, but human beings are weak unless we keep in faith in the joy of the Lord which is our strength to endure and overcome all things! God Bless! Ma
