Can you identify these pieces of silver?

Large one has the two pins on a rotating bar like a belt buckle.
Marked Sterling, initials upper left on the back NLR

Smaller one marked Sterling 611
 
Top one looks like it was made for leather straps; i.e. horse harness. ??
 
Watrous Company CT. about 1896 and on. Not Georgian.

Try this link and look for the Cw mark (W inside a C.) These marks are on the oval one.

American sterling silver. Sterling is better than 90% silver.

Worth at least its weight in silver?
