This plate was found after the demolition of a large apartment complexin centrall Illionis. Some of the soil was in the process of being hauled away at the time this was found. I haven't been able to identify this from anything I have researched beyond possibly Sons of Veterans? Any information as to the origin, date and value would be appreciated.
