can you get close to the chain link fence with the compadre

since their is no sensitivity control on the compadre can you get close to the fence since the copadre is at full power?

i dont think you can get any closer per se except they are small coils. i just gave away a C&G wildcat to a friend. the grandaddy of Tesoro. they have a unique stacked coil, very thick looks like two stacked on top of each other. the uniqueness is they do not transmitt from the top. you can run one under a fence, or tot lot slide or ladder. and get real close too. there were other coils, but the original i believe was the stacked coil. ocassionally see one for sale on net, heavy and ton of AA's but very unique. i do not know of another unit with a stacked coil as it is called, but wish Tesoro would make one HINT HINT MR GIFFORD! my amigo will not get very close, not like the wildcat would, even with sens down.
 
No you can't=the best that can be done is to swing parallel to the fence at a slower pace with the front edge of the coil. Even then the Compadre is so sensitive it picks it up if too close.
