can u fellers tell me the difference in the cz-20/cz-21 thanks

CZ-20 not made anymore, as soon as you have problems with the pinpoint button or any other probmems, they make it into a CZ-21. New faceplate and pinpoint button. CZ-20's SEEMED hotter. Both great machines.

I have so little fun. Sarcasm seems an innocent enough vice. It is a miracle I survived 24 years of schooling.
It was a close thing on several occasions. :clapping:

I think the CZ20 is a much better unit, but that's only because I own one.... :detecting: Scuba hit it right on the mark....

Not being a water hunter it seems the CZ20 unit had pinpoint button problems and was corrected with the CZ21....in my estimation if your not having any problems with a CZ20 no reason to upgrade and some CZ20 users just X the target and don't use the pinpoint button which is feasible in water where a scoop is used and dead on pinpoint is not needed...

Scuba is right....the CZ20 seems hotter than my 21. all else aside, they've both found me plenty of Au & Pt.

For those who may feel a CZ21 may not be quite the depth demon, check out this thread:

The thread, end to end, covers a lot of territory and has input about use of CZ's and some other detectors from several very successful detectorists.
