Can this dog hunt in the city?

Most of the places that I see this machine making good finds are places outside of the city. I've heard of some interference problems and was wondering if there is anyone out there that has used the 75 in the city and had any problems.

Thanks.

since I hunt mainly old house sites with active power lines. It drove the C$ crazy, even the CZ-3D and the CZ-70 I still have sometimes...HH

Where and how it hunts depends jus on what settings you use.

Thanks for that post. I forgot that I read it awhile back. My other question is, are you going to make a booklet on the F-75 like you did the Ace-250? That was great, I liked the depth charts with the different coils and sensitivity settings. Sure was worth more than the three bucks you charged for it. Even my eight year old son read it and understood it. Keep up the good work and thanks again.

Kurt, I mainly hunt for coins and jewelry...in the city and on the typical spots such as parks, playgrounds, school yards, boulvards, vacant lots, ect. On any of these places here in West Tn have I yet to experience any serious interference problems with the F75. Typically, I run sen. at 60-75 and it hits coins and silver rings hard at depths to 9". A quarter at 9" is my deepest coin thus far, but there is no doubt it will go deeper. At least in my part of the country, Kurt, this dog will hunt in the city and it will sift through trash. I've used it in several urban areas with no problems. One time I got some erratic behavior, but flipped through the frequencies and it settled down nicely. I haven't checked out the street light thing folks are commenting on. I know they drove my Coinstrike batty (as well as my CZ3D, Explorer, Cortes, and DFX) I think the leak so much random RF that they may be very, very tough to handle.

but i need some more hours in the field and i want to wait for the small coil(s). I already have some ideas what the booklet could cover.
