I do not have my CTX yet it should be here in a week or so. Can I download the Exchange2 program for Minelabs site and create and or import some patterns & modes without it being hooked up to a CTX. I thought if I could do that I would have some ready to go when I get my detector.
 
Don't think so.... It seems like I remember that the Xchange 2 program doesn't get activated fully until it has been connected to a CTX for the first time... The file folders along the left side wont be there until its been connected once.... wildherre
 
I think you are right Ken but if he can borrow a CTX for 5 minutes...... he's all set to play.
 
Thanks guys I sort of figured that was the case, I did download some modes just to have them ready in a folder, I guess I can access them once I get my CTX.
