Can foil be called nitro?

If so , I was about to do a dance over a piece of foil. It was shinning good in my digger. Around here you appreciate what you can get. These people just don't lose many rings. I thought I had gold.

I mded a ball park and dug everything. You can see the water is still on the field. This yellow clay is either like a brick or wet and slimy.

This is the cleaned total. I got a little charm in the lower right. I found the same one in this park before. The shells are: F A 53 and REM-UMC 303 BRIT.

This park was built in the 70's. I was surprised to find a 1920 cent. I didn't know it till I got home and cleaned off the slimy mud. It is so pitted it had to be in the ground before the park was built. I picked up a few coins before I got in the field. It may have been one of them.

That gold foil does get the ol heart started. I pulled up a couple pieces earlier this week.

I heard that before on here. I always give it a squeeze.........

I recall a story in an old issue of Tesoros MDI where a guy got a big whomping hit on a wadded up bread wrapper. He was at the beach and figured it was some foil wadded up inside - leftovers from someones picnic.
It was a big gold and diamond cross, WITH chain, worth mega bucks.

Oh yeah, John, when anyone goes afield with as much hope as detectorists, "nitro's" are part of every dig.
