Can anyone verify detector modification workmanship by Steve Noga or Keith Willis?

Steve Noga is a great guy. I see him at all the relic shows and know he has a history of building underwater nautilus machines etc. I know he recently took a CZ 20 and fixed it to notch out zinc pennies. He also puts CZ 5 & 6's in waterproof housings. I will probably see him this weekend at the relic show in Richmond, Virginia.
