Can anyone tell me what these are?

I located the loop attached to a deal thats like a bolt at an old farm house that was built before the civil war. I'm thinking it could be a deal used to chain up slaves. That day I found several other tool type items, Ill attach a photo of it all. Can anyone tell me if I'm right about what the loop is? Also wondering what it would be worth? The smaller item I located at a lake I think its a part from a boot spur.

Those are some great finds. It is always nice to find relics. Nothing quite like digging up the past. Sorry i can't give any insight into your ?'s, but you might check the whatzit forum. The ring item looks like a horse hitch for tying a horse's reins and was mounted on a post or building. I have found several of these over the years and an old church near me still has them attached to the building. Hope this helps...
