Can anyone tell me how to calibrate a Sunray Meter?

I used mt DTI 2 meter for the first time today, but quarters were coming up 152? I turned the knob on back, but nothing changed. Not sure how to adjust this properly I guess. Can't find any info on it.
Thanks

Brian, the Sunray should give a meter variation with just a slight turn. With the 180 meter I work with it requires an adjustment to the internal pot with the access from the plug on the back of the meter.A small standard screw driver to turn the pot ,just a small amount will usually give the 180 calibration for a quarter. There are some after market coils that won't give a correct reading. What coil are you using and whcih Sovereign model?,some have had problems with XS-2A.Try another coil or a different band if 1 go to 2 or vice verse.Try another US quarter or dime.Hope this helps Ron

Hello Ron,
I was using my 18" eq2 coil. That is all I had with me for the open field. I will try a smaller coil tomorrow, and see what happens.
Thanks for the help!
