I have one of the last one's built by Fisher. The serial number is 112359xx. My guess is that 14713 is a very early unit.

This won't give the exact age as I don't know when the model was changed, however the Control knobs were changed and the white does not go to the center and slots were added to the cuff for a strap. This is a picture of the older unit.
