Can anyone ID this medal??

I found this old medal while searching an old field which was where a 1910 era house once stood. Have also found a few Civil War bullets there. The front of the medal says (around the perimeter), "THE EMINENT HOUSEHOLD OF COLUMBIAN WOODMEN" and across the middle on the cross, "DELAPARTDED---". I can't make out the last 3 or 4 letters. On the back it says "COMPLIMENTS OF LLOYD J. BINFORD EMINENT VICEROY" and across the bottom is damaged but the first bit says "DUCK HI----------". I can only make out that first bit. Looks like it would have hung from a ribbon or something. Not sure what it's made out of, but I don't believe it's copper. Any guesses or actual knowledgeable answers???
Thanks!

This is the cached search line with 1 hour and 43 minutes left:
"1900 WATCH FOB DUCK HILL MISS. COLUMBIAN WOODMEN C $26.20"
Unfortunately the auction is no longer in their database.
