Here are three pictures. Please identify the long rectangular objects... two of them. In one picture is a signal cannon and a badge of some kind. The badge says US Navy but appears to be very old... falling apart. The two rectangular items could they be military insignias or something of that nature?

Any help would be appreciated... thanks.
 
The rectangular bar with the arrow looks very similar to the top piece of a military medal my father received during WW ll for marksmanship although I'm not sure if his had an arrow. He was a Marine. In any case, did you find all of these objects in the same spot. I'm thinking if you did, maybe you stumbled upon an old military grave ? Just a thought.
