The button on the left looks like it could be a Naval Reserve Chief Petty Officer button NA131, although not an exact match. It could be a variation or a reproduction or something completely different. The button on the right resembles a Navy button, but Andy is probably right. Without more information or buttons in hand, it is hard to answer your question and that is why you didn't get too many responses to your question.
You can type in Navy Buttons on google and do some research yourself and you might be able to ID them yourself.

[size=large]Thank you Larry That's all i asked for was a little help, buttons is not my big thing, i mostly hunt the water and every one in awhile i hunt land, i'd say 90% water and 10% land, i have found a lot of old coins up north and some buttons more coins than anything so that why i asked the way i did , not to hip on buttons.
