can a Tejon be super tuned?

Hank68

How does it compare to the Vaquero and cibola other than GB?

Hi Hank, from what I understand of the Tejon, it is already pretty much factory tuned so as to be in "hyper"range already to the point of any type of super tuning would likely not to be of any advantage,More than likely do more harm than good. Not to say that it can't be supertuned,we know there are always some folks really put their machines through some pretty varied trials just looking for that little extra whatever.. I have mild dirt and mine already goes plenty deep enough for me.HH, Charlie

Thanks Charlie for the information on the Tejon is sounds like a top fuel Dragster in metal detectors. HHH.

Usually supertuning means using discrimination mode with the threshold at 10. Tejon should be able to do that IIRC.

The Tejon cannot be suppertuned like their other detectors. The threshold has no effect on the gain or audio circuits.
